On the patent issue I've alsways thought this was a place where SS could not do anything but wait for the process to take it's course. I still feel this is true and I know some are watching that process for news.
On the financial reports I did think we would get more updates than we have. Hope all is well with that. Doesn't change anything for me but would be nice.
