Don't worry too much about the uptick because the MMs are the only ones that can buy IVOI and ARSC at this time. They both are on the DTC chill list and no one else can buy but only sell. So read nothing into IVOI's move at this time. The only reason the MMS are messing with IVOI is because of their better share structure, whereas ARSC has a massive 20 billion baggage. If ARSC had the better share structure, the MMs would be making ARSC move rather than IVOI.
