The management of CYGX are fast becoming miserable excuses for human beings. Anyone can attend a shareholder meeting, they just cannot participate.

Hogger, If indeed anyone can attend but not participate in a stockholder's meeting of a public company and you were denied entry, I would talk to an attorney and the SEC. Sounds like grounds for another lawsuit against CYGX! "HOW LOW CAN THEY GO?"
