very important point with NGBF :

Alpha Capital Anstalt lend them the 1.025 MILLION$ at MID PHASE 2 in June ,2011

that means that Alpha Capital Anstalt got a close look at their preliminary results from phase 2 and based on those results they gave them the loan

if the results were not positive they wouldn't got a penny !

get ready for HUGE RESULTS from phase 2 Baltimore +contracts
