Thanks Ol Henry, have you seen anything in the proxy that inspires you about NVEI's chances? Sure hope you can get to the SH meeting and help inform those of us who can't make it. I'd really be interested in HelloSoft's input at the meeting. If HelloSoft shows up and gives shareholders some sound reason/reasons to be optimistic about the tech, it would give me more hope than I have at the present time for my investment in NVEI. Ray and Brad's comments don't inspire me too much anymore. By the looks of the sorry share price, I'm not the only one that feels that way.
By the way, is the voting for the board of directors basically a forgone conclusion? Don't they pretty much control the outcome? If so, that doesn't thrill me from what I've seen over the years. Wouldn't it be nice to have a representative of the common shareholders with some technical and marketing background on the board to kind of "keep an eye on what's going on" on our behalf?
If there is no decent news before the meeting this sad share price situation persists, there could be and should be some shareholder angst expressed. We've had far too much talkin' and not enough production for too many years. They need to understand that NVEI has the appearance of a "salary/commission machine" operation going on and they are accountable to shareholders. They are working for us or at least that's the way it's supposed to be.
I sincerely hope some of those that are going to the meeting let Ray and Brad know our displeasure in what the has transpired over the years.
