Alfaspider, why would you be cautious. In June CERP was trading around $5.00 a share (right before the reverse split they were trading around $.12 cents). And if you look at the charts you will see that the share price has been in a freefall since mid July. The thing that got me going is I really didnt think they would of wanted the share price to get under a $1.00. If they dont get their act together they will be delisted because of the share price, unless of course they do another reverse split like you said. So now what? Do they continue to sell shares till the price is back to .12 or what. Not a happy shareholder at this point, but hay, its all a part of the game.
