OLD... the document is not bogus. Some stupid or careless legal court clerk erroneously rolled her date stamp's year with the date. IT HAPPENS FAR TOO OFTEN... three of my own court filingd in just the past few years had the INCORRECT year stamped by the court clerk. This is a common mistake. Humans err.
