TapouT gets a cut of the revenues just like MSLP will get a cut of the revenues of the MMA Elite Supplements line Powered by Muscle Pharm. I don't understand how this can be confusing.

Has the financial relationship with Tappot been spelled out? Has the financial relationship with MMA Elite been spelled out?

I have not seen the terms detailed anywhere. Please show me so I can clear up my confusion.

I sure wish i could see things as rosy as you do.

First, even if I am wrong and everything is on the up and up... at least we know they are listening to what we are saying. :)

Look.... to me, things don't smell right.... and while I might be more apt to give the benefit of the doubt if things appear ok, I am sure as heck not going to give the benefit of the doubt after what appeared to me as an effort to hide information.

Perhaps I just don't get it, but according to the South Carolina Sec. of State... it appears to mee Musclepharm Sportswear LLC is a separate entity than the publicly traded MSLP. I do see in the last annual report that it states "On July 26, 2010, MusclePharm entered into a distribution agreement with TapouT, LLC, to launch a MusclePharm apparel line in 2011, expected to include t-shirts, sweat suits, hats, shorts, and other active wear items.", but I haven't seen anything in the financials or any announcements that they would create a whole new business entity. Perhaps it is as simple as you say, but it is confusing to me, as it does not seem to be documented.

This stock is really torking me off because I LIKE THEM. It appears that they have a great market share and a huge brand. Unfortunately, it seems no matter how many millions in sales they do.... they cant turn a profit!

Excellent reply, jwblue74, as always. There's a useful quote I received one time in a Chinese fortune cookie - 'When one teaches, two learn'. I would like to have a slightly modified version printed and distributed to participants of penny stock message boards, stating 'When one teaches, two learn (except if one is a basher, or simply in denial'). You and I (and countless silent others) see the amazing things that Muscle Pharm has accomplished over the past 24 months. And although we are severely frustrated with the stock performance, and hate that it took massive dilution to get here, and do not agree with certain important things that MP mgmt has done (or failed to do), we see what is clearly on the horizon for this company, and that is why we remain invested in it. When MP grew from $1 million in sales in 2009 to $4 million in sales in 2010, most felt that sort of growth rate was unsustainable (even I had my doubts). Then they continued the pattern with growth from $4 million in sales in 2010 to likely $20 million in 2011 (accelerated sales growth). I remember back in January of this year when MP announced 'MusclePharm is also excited to note that it is on pace to hit its first million-dollar sales month in company history for January, as the popular company continues to expand and develop at a remarkable rate.'. Thats right, not even a year has gone by since then and they have just announced sales for November of $2,700,000. I find it hard to think there's a single person reading these posts, or following the Muscle Pharm story, that thinks the stock will go under 1 penny per share and remain there. Walmart distribution is quickly approaching, and the MP brand is quickly becoming the rock-star of the supplement world. On Wall Street, we call that phenomenon gaining traction and hitting critical mass. For most new companies, it's the holy grail and nearly impossible to achieve. For Muscle Pharm, it is already happening before our very eyes. I know, the stock is in the toilet, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This may surprise some, but when I truly believe in the future of a company, I welcome the severe downside pricing disconnect of the security. Without that, I would not see the type of once-in-a-lifetime gains that I have already experienced numerous times on companies from financials, to footwear, to publishing, to gaming. I'll need to add nutritional supplements to that list very shortly. As always, simply my opinion.

Does Muscle Pharm get the revenues from apparel sales? I don't think so, I think it goes to MusclePharm Sportswear which is not owned by Muscle Pharm.
