Even with the greatest news ever this won't move up with the billions of shares that can flood the market.

If the price were to move up they would just sell more, driving the price down. Until the issue of the billions of shares are fixed there won't be any signifant movement....it is impossible....so I don't expect to be silenced any time soon.
