I don't think the mistrust and confusion is entirely the result of the posters on this board. I think management has contributed significantly to that end. The biggest example I can provide is, not releasing the settlement agreement when you say you have one. I wish I were being paid, how do I sign up?

Anyway what options we have?
Either vote for keeping Dave or remove him. If Dave continues, other board members and big investors won't be happy and it will impact to growth of Calypso. There is high probability that company will move forward faster, if all board members work in tandem and as a team.
Instead of waisting time in suing each other and waisting time, it is important to focus on business, patent and how to make money using core competency of the company (which is patent).
Lets move ahead and support company which has more probability of success than going aginst the company decisions.
