SNEY is not that complex of a company. Thus, I did not expect it to take this long to produce a 10K. They had months leading up to the "delay" with getting information and auditing Allied Mining. Now the argument is that all that information, which occurred before SNEY owned then is a slowing things down writing the 10K.
Funny how this is going round and round when it appears that SNEY management is the incompetent one here. JMO
But, also look at it this way... they are miners not financial business men. Thus, I hope this is the only set back that we have for the financials from now on. Time will tell because 3 10Q are needed in order to become current.
