The possiblity of Dennis is there...since he was the owner of the shell..but all said and done ..he can only deliberately rock our PPS for some more time till he is done with or till the injunction kicks him into place..whichever comes first!.Dennis cannot do any other negative to PHAR...most of the company belongs to Howard...the patents belong to Howard....Dennis is only playing with his quota of shares...IMO!.
