You don't know what you're talking about-ZERO dilution here, reasonable OS, and much good news on the way as per recent co news. I see you're making the rounds with your factless bashing, here, POSC, etc etc...Maybe you just want shares cheaper?? This is a great co IMO and 2012 should be a breakout year!!
