Scam?.....what was the scam?

They have never said anything about their intentions publicly.

My reason for selling was because they allowed the business license to expire......just like they were a day late with the 10Q back in the summer. I figured a sell off would occur with a DEFAULT status hanging over their head.

Not good management.....imho. If they planned to move their INCORP, then file an 8K for goodness sake.

Scam?.......why?

If it was a scam they could have already released 20 PR's promising the moon.......they haven't released ONE!

SCAM I don't think it's necessarily a scam but if VPRS fails to meet regulatory guidleines and/or continues to miss milestones then a stock like this generally drifts into the subbies. less than .001 would not surprise me.
