It's as plain as the nose on anyone's face...

Those engaged in a conspiracy to break the law... are conspirators.

That doesn't mean voting by NON conspirators turns them into conspirators... but it does make the effort in voting by the conspirators into an act in furtherance.

Daic, in particular... as a control person and insider, with a self interest clearly involved, has MAJOR problems if he votes his shares... in an illegal election... designed to benefit him.
