How can Bean legally hold up PR's ????

He's playing with some legal fire in my opinion. It's a Gray area, but it's a gray area that a Real CEO would never venture into. Bean should release the PR's in a timely fashion, and he should have some IR work lined up to make sure the story really gets out there in front of the public. Again - it almost seems like the guy is keeping the price low on purpose.
