Maybe his logic is any PR on KNBA would have more power and influence on future investors if they had audited fins to back them up.

BTW...do you know why Darren would say the quiet period is good for the stock when you talked to him?

Personally, I think he's implying something here without coming right out and saying it. More or less saying that good things come to those who wait...lol.

Now I'm not sure what extra good could come out of this quiet period, I'm no expert on uplisting requirements but could the company be going straight to a higher exchange rather then the Pink Sheets/OTC..?? They do not seem to meet any of the typical uplisting requirements to NASDAQ or AMEX that I've read about so I'm not sure what to think about that.

Whatever the case I definitely think he's implying something about this quiet period with that statement, if he is saying this is good for Kinbasha he obviously knows something we don't.
