I think they do. Called the chill factor. I am in another stock where they spoke about the name change not having a chill effect or factor. But doesn't that happen if the name change goes through. So far there is no name change.
Have no idea...a lot of time they do it to stocks after issuing dividends, name change...and stocks that may have naked trolls playing in them...they favor trolls, so those trolls could cover...It's all a scam....
