free man, everybody has to do what is best for themselves. But, I've seen this happen several times before with penny stocks. Scottrade will be the first to lock them down and then as the hours go by.....other companies follow suit.
I'm in that same stock with you too. A good company with a good product. But, they screwed the pooch and were selling shares without a transfer agent keeping track of things.
My gut tells me that is what is happening here right now.
If that is the case, it could be months or years before this is free to trade again.
It's just something to be aware of.
