There is a desperate seller out there... Must really need Christmas money to sell at .31 cents. I honestly feel sorry for folks like that.

But congrats to whomever got those shares at .31...

I have been on the bid all week at .33, .34 and never got hit... First day I am not on the bid and a bid whacker pops the .31s.
