Autin - save your money... this ship is sinking (read Spokeshave's recent post closely for a play by play of what is happening)...... the best situation would be an empty shareholder's meeting, with Ray and Brad presenting to themselves... and then the SEC coming into the picture in the next 60-90 days.... what a mess.
