Surrey is its own city, it has a different mayor, different incorporation, municipality, etc etc. during the 2010 Olympics there were no athletic events held in Surrey, why? Because it's not Vancouver. I would not get on the skytrain, nor drive to Surrey, so I'll take your word about Johnstar, just as you won't check all the downtown Vancouver stores. I've honestly been to Sydney Australia more times than I've been to Surrey.
