You stated your concerns wrt shares becoming tradable.
OK, so we got the divi shares in on form or another.
I agree that this is not the immediate issue since the shares are under restriction presently.
I am very concerned though as to the how's and the what's on the divi shares EVER becoming tradable though.
Case in point...What about the divi we received in NOV, 2010??? Those shares were supposed to be under a 1 year restriction, but there they sit in my account, as a non-tradable, no value attached to them, restricted amount of shares, with a cusip # to identify them...
What is up with the past restricted shares, which should have come off?

Yeah, it's definitly a very confusing statement.

The way I read it, now I could be wrong. But, anyone who uses a broker that clears thru DTCC, which is about 90% of them, will receive them electronically. Anyone who doesn't clear thru DTCC will receive them in the mail..

Now Zecco still clears thru PENSON, and PENSON still clears ENTI just they transfer the hefty fees to the trader, not broker.

Also, am I correct that the shares come off restriction in APRIL no matter when they hit our accounts???
