"eventually"? Based on their original expectations, that doesn't sound good.

I certainly wouldn't expect them to say "We've given up, but we're going to stay as a public company and see what the SEC says". "Eventually" sounds about as close to that as you can get and avoid the greys.

Talked to Steve Taylor the other day and discussed trying to arrange a site visit to Wyoming before winter got too bad and before Xmas.

He advised that after Xmas would be better... But didn't give me any way to contact the company directly to arrange it.

It would be a long drive of a day or two, but I would be willing to do it if only to give me some peace of mind that this company actually has some operations going on.
