Did you ever think they purchased at a lower price or are at break even and gave up after all the missed prs etc.

What does SEC have to do with this statement. This just blows the mind seeing someone sell 10 or 20 thousand shares at .0111. They better get a wheelbarrow to cart all that money away. lol. lol. Did I miss seeing this stated it was someone in the company. You do not need the SEC to sell your shares.
