A couple on this board have stated they are part of it. Also do not look for management to alter the warrants outside of a potential extension on the date.

In the end lowering the price or increasing the count does not help the company or the shareholders.

I would think all 37 would be happier had management been transparent, even if the share price was this low. I also feel all 37 will be happy with or without the warrants if the company turns out to be true to their PR's. Now with that said they will also be happy about loosing the warrants if things do not work out.

Consider how bad it could be if the company was pumping out PR's and the share price was higher. Then the warrant holders fully exercised only to watch it all collapse while they were still stuck under restriction.

Warrants are very very very risky in a pink sheet company so long story short, this could be a blessing in disguise for the warrant holders.
