Not Scotts - they charge a fee on penny stocks.
ETrade - I think 9.99 just like tdameritrade.
Scotts has a penalty for penny stocks - at least I have heard that more than once. Maybe I am wrong. :-(
To convert to ETrade - it takes around 2 days and then you can trade.
I would have done that also, BUT I have normal stocks in tdameritrade I don't want to play with. Big hassle unless a small portfolio.
AND YES, I would definitely buy now if I could and double my stock or more position, simply locked out.
