yes, L2 is thin, I'd rather invest in a company that produces products then a company that never produce anything at all.

I've seen such companies, and no thank you, i'll not touch them.

You do know, that this money only will come to them in dribs and drabs, over a course of how many years time, is anyone's guess. The first amount MAY come into their hands, sometime into 2012. And I believe the money will also come "at a price", whether that will be "give a way" gobs of shares, or possible investment ownership of part of AQLV, or whatever, is also anyone's guess. It will be a "conditional" agreement.......JMO.
