Dear Management,

I would like to formally request a detailed explantion to document the reasons the current management wishes to dismiss Dave Williams as a Board of Director.

As a shareholder, I ask that you put out a public release explaning, without divulging company priveledged information, that better defends and allows shareholders like myself to make a informed decision as to why Dave Williams should be dismissed. I would like to know information and example events that can be documented that assertain and back up the statements provided in the dismisal vote request.

This additional information will be used to make an informed decision that would support your needs, so I request it be provided, otherwise I may be inclined to vote not in favor of management's request.

Dear Shareholders,
You can vote to keep or remove Dave Williams. Chances are you aren't happy with the performance of CLYW so far, so ask yourself... do you keep Dave Williams on the board like has been the case while the stock failed miserably, or do you make a change.

I'm not asking you to believe one side or the other... frankly no one can figure out which side is the bigger liar... I'm just asking you to use logic.

If you don't like the way CLYW is going, then vote for change. Kick Dave to the curb.
