clearly you can't sell any shares if you have 0, like this link states: http://www.insidercow.com/history/company.jsp?company=tspt&B1=Search!

so its safe to assume they have a lot more shares and sold some of them. Or like many they knew there was a bunch of shorters and decided to sell to buy in the near future. I would have done the same, they were all options given upon approval anyhow.
