One more thing.. for all shareholders who believe that edig still has about 30 million shares to sell are wrong. Those shares are controled by the "friendly investors" who stand to get millions more free shares when edig sells more shares below nineteen cents. The bottom line is...if the 100 million shares are not approved..the company will fold..there is nothing more for edig to sell at this time. The hasty departure of RP/FF has to happen NOW..
