DRBES: You might be interested in the origins of the final comment in that Inquirer article - "shorely shum mishtake". This is appears to be borrowed from the UK satirical magazine "Private Eye" in which the "Editor" is presumed always to be drunk, slurring his words when he inserts an editorial comment. But Private Eye misspells it differently.
