After claiming to be the Investor Relations Department for CGAQ you did not disclose your compensation as required per Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. Now claiming "bombshell" information that others may not have violates Regulation FD of the Securities and Exchange Commission if you sell your stock as stated.
