Cabo shows some activity in several cancer types including MBC. It does not seem to support use alone but may in combination be useful as part of a treatment plan for these other cancers (much better utility in MTC and CRPC) .
I don't know. Again, it seems to me that Cabo may be useful in the arsenal of anti-cancer drugs for use in combination with other drugs. One of the weaknesses of our system of approving drugs is that a drug has to get approved first before the clinicians can figure out how to use it in combinations not tested and there really is no efficient way to test combinations.
