Not to defend the co. because usually when the T/A is gagged, they are under a gag order directly from the PO$ comoany that hired them, BUT in this case, Old Monmouth happens to be one the many Transfer Agents that have a in House Policy not to give any information to anyone, for all the companies they Agent for
=they are self gagged!

There are only a few ways for a T/A to be gagged

here are a few

1. Companies request
2. Transfer Agent Policy
3. Court Order
