That does sound like spencer alright. But luckily, karma seems to take care of them in the end.
Some even end up as bitter old men, living just above the poverty line, railing about how "everyone is out to get them" and "how great I could have been if only the world hadn't conspired to make me a failure" ;-)

You're not the only one who feels this way. Many have the same opinion about someone who refuses to pay an elderly disabled veteran. And brags about screwing an employee by not paying him. Although I wouldn't agree with your description of Spencer as evil. That's a little over the top, IMO
