I think Amir could have had a success year and he dont want to pay a lot of taxes and he want to have some losses!

JMO, cause I dont see any reason for him to keep buying cause:
1: we havent got any news of new contract
2: he shouldnt know anything that we dont know cause he is the same investor as anyone her
3: NO reason to gets the hopes up cause ontc has been at the lower level possible in history and I have no idea what could bring this stock close 0.01 or even closer.
