Can’t be an acquisition only because the state of Oregon prohibits ownership of veterinary clinics by anyone other than a licensed vet. This was the closest they could come to an acquisition and stay within the law.
According to the contract filed with the 8-K, the agreement does give them 97% of the revenue and obligates Titterington to assist in R&D making this clinic both a revenue source and a potential distribution channel for their products.
