PJC1..I agree and remember GDHID has exclusive rights to the distribution of all the California wines. That is some kind of protection when you are introducing new products to a market...

I think Frank learn a very hard but valuable lesson about selling consumer goods in China. From this hard lesson the business model has changed in addition to the product line. I think the combination of these two things is going to prove very successful for CAGR.

I'm not sure where you read that GDHI tried selling wine and failed, but back in March 2010 one of the posters of this board after listening to the Conference Call stated that Frank stated during the call that during a 10 day period they sold 700 cases of wine. This was done only as a sideline. I'm sure this is what spurred Frank to find a merger candidate and get into the wine business. Following is link to the post I'm referring to.
