So, if CLYW makes a license deal with T-Mobile, and if T-mobile ask for the deal to be confidential, are you going to cry fraud, sell-out etc.

It is not uncommon in the technology industry for patent license deal to be confidential.

Look at all the deals made by WiLAN with Intel etc Any smart investor can dissect the financials and figure out roughly what the deal was worth. Please don't answer that Kyle is going to cook the books because we have heard this too many times.

Even if they file an 8K... doing that doesn't make "the deal" that they're talking about... not an act of theft of property.

The only thing the board vote actually does... is alter who's culpable for the theft, in part.
