On page 1 of the last 10-Q, they stated there were 23,176,211 outstanding as of Nov 11, 2011. They used roughly 14M for the calculation of EPS, then wrote later in the report nearly 9M shares that were used to pay down the convertible note. Those total to about 23M.
In the press release of a Nov 30. 2011, they said they had converted $900K in convertible debt to 28M shares. I figure that 9M of that was the amount discussed in the 10-Q, leaving 19M to be added to the 23M reported in the 10-Q.
