hello. IF, IF BCIT is not technically revoked because these inept idiots did not process the name change officially, DOES THAT MEAN that the shares of BCIT ARE TECHNICALLY back to being DTC eligible (and trapped under the global lock)?

if we are technically NOT REVOKED, then are we once again DTC eligible and subject to this stupid global lock?
