Nope, it's delisted, that cusip # on your new cert...

proves that Empire did their DD. Tank (CH) followed up and is now demanding clarification. Remember that "clerical error" back in '08? we thought at the time, no big deal and we would be trading again (btw whiz, tell them we were trading then)but NOBODY ever did ANYTHING or ANSWERED any questions about it; it may come back to haunt them in a big way now.

All this time (from '08).... inexcusable.
