instead of a more transparent auditor is only one tell. if this company had cash and cash flow it would issue a dividend now that china has loosened it's credit policy in face of a slowing economy - so no excuse left not to.
bottom line is this is just a little company that sells battery tape/powder for generic motor bikes in china, and it's trying to use english web sights and pr to scam investors into believing they are more than a warehouse some guy bought with your stock share money.
