No, according to the law, that cash belonged to the convertible note holders, they in turn placed their personal funds into an account according to James, that Rufus had access to.

What I am suggesting is what might have happened to the money that was entrusted to RPH.


We as Americans should demand a stop to Convertible notes, as a unregulated, unethical, robbery of any company.

Wouldn't you agree.

The problem would be how do we produce evidence in a system so slanted for crooks to clean it up.

I would think that someone would come up with a solution that would stop these conversions.

There were no hidden COMPANY assets only those of his family and friends that sold. These were people close to him.
