(RPH wasn't the benefactor of the notes you are correct but that isn't how it worked. Someone would sign a convertible note contract which promised stock in return. The money would be deposited into the corporate account where Rufus had access to this. This is where I saw what the money was spent on. There were many checks made out to cash for 20K to 35K each time)

Thanks your post at least verifies what I saw was a true statement.

I did not see the withdrawals from the that bank account.
That part I do not know if it is true or not.
I have seen some other bank accounts.

But as I said RPH could not and did not own a convertible notes, and there were like forty seven of them.

Now why would anyone that did own them, just cash them in and give RPH the money?
Who had the right to rape the shareholders with convertible notes. Those who cashed them, are totally responsible as to where the money went, and the notes themselves were a scam, and should have been illegal, but i guess if they were somehow legal, than Rufus spending what was given him would also be legal, but both totally unethical.
The CEO should have been responsible for the company money,
oh ya it became personal money after the conversion.
IMHO the reason a convertible note was legal was to help someone that loaned a company money to recover if the company went under, any abuse of that should be prosecuted, but it never is in our market. We need a good overhauling of the the market.

Jame's the checks you are referring too, may be in an account,
not in FHAL but under another name, in safe keeping until the judgement day comes, and it is coming.
Conversion Solutions Holding, that would be a good name for a company that was trying to find a solution to the conversion note mess wouldn't it.
Then again who would name a company CSHD. JMHO
It is time to come clean, it really is.

OOOPS!
The money in the bank acct?, where did it come from?
Not from $$$$ given to the company thru notes and/or preferred shares, that money went elsewhere.....as I see it
The TA had a big legal responsiblity in all this note, preferred shatre thingy Not sure he took that responsiblity as required by rules and regs

Stay tuned, don't go away
