It would be good to see where the money went inside the company in addition to the money lost on stock trades. I take all statements here with a "grain of salt" but certainly the money went somewhere and the CEO/President at that time was responsible for it. Perhaps most of that money went to the salaries of the entire team, at least in the beginning eras.

She gave a half million dollars in cash directly to Rufus. The records show that he used it ALL for his personal folly. She had no reason to lie in court.
I'm not sure what documents you have to support your theory, but obviously your records are incomplete.
