First, the Settlement is announced within the next couple of days (see Post #51064).

Then, we get rid of Mr. Sunshine on Dec15.

As we transition from war with Diac to peace with Diac [a Settlement signals peace], it is clear that Dave "Diac Shall Get Nothing" Williams (aka, Mr. Sunshine) had to go sooner or later. Dec15 works for me.

Then, we get rid of the allegedly felonious Mr. Incompetent.

The Nov28 PR states: "Upon the successful conclusion of the initiative [i.e., shareholders voting out Mr. Sunshine], the Company will immediately move forward to strengthen the composition of the Board of Directors".

Without Mr. Sunshine, new directors [three? four?] will be added [appointed] to the BOD.

Instead of pressuring CT to resign, maybe the "strengthened" BOD will see the value of having Mr. Incompetent voted out by shareholders in the same manner as Mr. Sunshine was voted out.

The "checkmate in three" sword cuts both ways.
