Thomas Wayne Stokes

What were the specific charges that resulted in his imprisonment?

What is his involvement with Artfest?

Was he banned from being involved in anything as a condition of his parole?

This is the 2nd known felon associated with Artfest. The other being Beryl Zyskind.

I will tell you that the first day I called Barry Wicker (back in April of this year) on the telephone about the Duraflame Picasso, I was sent to voicemail, where I left my message. Not more than 30 minutes later, none other than a Mr. Tom Stokes called me directly back about the Picasso and gave me nearly 40 minutes of hard sell on why the Picasso was real.

I think Mr. Stokes must have be a bit wary of my skepticism, for not more than an hour after that, Mr. Eddie Vakser called and left a voice mail message for me.

Thus began my foray into this mess.
