As I said in my previous post, the trading activity right before the FDA makes their decision is usually all over the place and it's very difficult to judge from this trading what is going to happen. Take a look at AVNR and POXN to see the stock price/trading on the day they received approval.

Actually as you can see, with FDA approval you can not go by small changes in PPS.
